DESCRIPTION:The Total Living Center is working to help families overcome food insecurity in Canton. Our ‘Bag Sunday’ is more important than ever. Paper bags and the list of items needed are available at the church starting on Sunday\, November 9th or you can bring donations in other paper or plastic bags. Bring your donations to church on Sunday\, November 16th by noon. Place items in the designated areas just inside the double doors. \nThe Total Living Center has requested that we focus on donating the following items to help prepare for a holiday meal:\ncans of corn\nboxes of stuffing\nboxes of cornbread mix\ncanned cranberry sauce\ncans of yams/sweet potatoes\nbags of brown sugar\nbags of marshmallows

DESCRIPTION:Stark County JFS – Children Services Division organizes an annual art exhibit called the Heart Gallery\, which raises awareness about foster care and adoption in Stark County. The Heart Gallery pairs local artists with children in foster care who are awaiting adoption to create powerful\, heartfelt portraits. These portraits are then displayed in community spaces throughout the county to help share the children’s stories and bring attention to their need for loving\, permanent homes. \nThe Heart Gallery will be displayed in our entryway November 2nd – November 7th. \nYou can view the gallery during normal church and church office hours: \nSunday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm \nMonday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
