SUMMARY:Habitat for Humanity
DESCRIPTION:Help us build a home for Brittany Kerns and her son. The build will take place May 30th – September 19th. \nMeet our habitat family and sign one of the studs that will be used to build their home on Sunday\, May 17th after all services. \nThere are opportunities to help the build team onsite on Saturdays (also Wednesday 7/1 and Friday 7/24). You can also help with some projects at Habitat on certain Thursdays (6/18\, 7/16\, 8/13). We also need people to provide devotions\, snacks and meals for the crews on Saturdays. To see more information and sign up for any of these opportunities click here. \nWe will be accepting donations of bottled water for the build sites in the ministry closet at the bottom of the ramp until June 7th. \n

DESCRIPTION:Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls\, overflowing with wild waterfalls\, towering trees\, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys\, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God\, their creator\, a safe place in life’s storms. \nRegister online using the links below: \nMorning Session \nEvening Session \n  \nVolunteer opportunities include but are not limited to: Station Leaders\, Station Assistants\, Crew Leaders\, Snack helpers\, Dinner team\, nursery workers and decorating team. SUMMARY:Royal Family Kids Camp
DESCRIPTION:Royal Family Kids Camp Every July\, Church of the Lakes offers a full week of positive memories for children who harbor painful memories of abuse or neglect. The Camp serves Stark County foster children\, ages 7-11. The week of camp is full of activities and events\, such as swimming\, sports\, a camper variety show\, a carnival\, a birthday party and presents\, making birdhouses\, shopping in the free clothing store\, hiking\, painting\, a spa day and so much more. Camp is a great way for these children to learn about the love of Jesus Christ and how He can impact their life. It is truly a magical time for these children and our volunteers. \nWe are in need of donations of items for snacks for the RFKC staff and campers.
